From €115
Secure card payment — instant confirmation
Monza lies north-east of Milan, on the opposite side from Malpensa, and by public transport the journey means a train into Milan and another one out again. The private car skirts the city on the northern motorways and reaches Monza in about 54 minutes. Your driver meets you at arrivals with a name board, follows your flight and drops you at your hotel, a company in Brianza or the Autodromo. Monza draws two very different crowds: Formula 1 fans in early September, and business travellers visiting the dense network of manufacturers in Brianza for the rest of the year. Both value an arrival that does not depend on train connections. One fixed price per vehicle, luggage and tolls included.

Monza
About the destination
Monza is known around the world for the Autodromo Nazionale, the historic circuit that hosts the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix, but the town itself has much more. The Villa Reale, the neoclassical royal residence designed by Giuseppe Piermarini for the Habsburgs, opens onto the Parco di Monza, one of the largest walled parks in Europe, which also contains the circuit and a golf course. In the cathedral, the Chapel of Theodelinda keeps the Iron Crown of Lombardy, used for centuries to crown the kings of Italy, beneath a cycle of fifteenth-century frescoes. The pedestrian centre between the Duomo and the Arengario is compact and pleasant, with Milan only a short train ride away.
About the route
Road, traffic and timing
From Malpensa the transfer runs east along the motorways that pass north of Milan — avoiding the city centre altogether — and enters Monza from the west: 59 km, about 54 minutes. Tolls, fuel and airport parking are included in the fixed price.

When to visit
Seasonal notes & events
The Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix, usually in early September, is by far Monza's busiest weekend: hotels across Brianza and north Milan fill up and roads around the park close. Spring and autumn are the best seasons for the park and the Villa Reale. In late autumn and winter, early-morning fog in the Po plain can slow the drive.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a private transfer from Malpensa to Monza cost?+
The price is fixed and per vehicle, not per passenger: from €115 with a Standard Sedan (up to 3 passengers), €135 with a Mercedes E-Class, €155 with a Mercedes V-Class (up to 7). Round trip from €220, with 10% off the return leg. Luggage, tolls, flight monitoring and airport meet & greet are included; any night or holiday surcharge is shown in the quote before you book.
How long is the drive from Malpensa to Monza?+
About 54 minutes for 59 km in normal traffic, along the motorways that pass north of Milan. Weekday rush hours on the northern ring road can add time.
Can you drop us at the circuit during the Grand Prix?+
Yes, but on Grand Prix weekend the roads around the park are subject to closures and restrictions. The driver will take you to the closest point vehicles can reach on that day; we confirm details closer to the event. Book well in advance: those days sell out.
Is there a train from Malpensa to Monza?+
Not direct: you ride into Milan and change for a train to Monza. With luggage or several people, the car is usually quicker door to door.
We have meetings at companies in Brianza. Can you take us there?+
Yes. The car goes to any address in Monza and Brianza, and we can plan several stops or a return to Malpensa at the end of the day.
Is Monza a good base for visiting Milan?+
It is a quieter alternative, with frequent trains to Milano Centrale and Porta Garibaldi. It works best for those with business in Brianza or at the circuit.
