About the destination
Central Milan rewards arriving rested. The Duomo, built over several centuries, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II stand side by side; La Scala opera house is just beyond the Galleria. Leonardo's Last Supper is in the refectory of Santa Maria delle Grazie and must be booked well ahead. Brera mixes the Pinacoteca with art bookshops and small restaurants, the Quadrilatero della Moda gathers the fashion houses between Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, and in the evening the Navigli canals fill for the aperitivo. Much of the historic centre is pedestrian or restricted to traffic, so tell us your hotel when you book and we confirm where the car will stop.

Orio al Serio airport sits beside the Bergamo exit of the A4 Milan–Venice motorway. The transfer heads west on the A4 to Milan and enters the city towards the centre, 57 km and about 54 minutes in normal traffic. Motorway tolls are included in the fixed price.
